Frequently asked questions

When should I arrive?

The doors open at 18:00 and the party itself begins at 20:00. There will be live music between 19:00 and 20:00 so make sure you don't miss it!

How will I receive my ticket?

Once you pay you will receive an email with a PDF with a QR code and a digital wallet pass that you can add to your phone's wallet (Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, etc.).

Will I receive a custom badge?

Sign up until September 1st, 2026 to get a custom badge with nickname and registration number! Registrations after that date will receive a badge with no custom name.

Where does the furdance take place?

The furdance takes place at Kulturhuset Indre By which is located a few blocks away from Nørreport, two train stations away from Copenhagen Central Station. Check our good to know page here to learn more!

Is there a dress code?

Bring your best outfit! We love colourful and lively clothes. There is not a formal dress code.

Is there a minimum age requirement to attend the event?

Yes, you need to be at least 18 years old on the day of the event in order to attend. Your photo ID will be checked by staff and your date of birth will be checked against the information provided during registration. We reserve the right to revoke your ticket without any compensation if you do not meet this criteria.

Can I bring my fursuit? Will there be a fursuit lounge?

Absolutely! We encourage everyone to bring their fursuits. There will be a fursuit lounge with water and ventilation. Due to limited storage capacity, we suggest avoiding hard cases.

What are the event rules?

You can find our rules of conduct. You will be required to follow them at all times.

Will on-site tickets be available?

Yes, on-site tickets will be available, however we encourage purchasing your ticket ahead of time as that will ensure you get the best prices. We may also not be able to provide certain items such as customised badges and lanyards for on-site ticket holders. Check the price list above or on the registration page for the latest pricing.

What happens if too many people sign up? Will there be a waiting list?

There will be a waiting list once tickets are sold out. If tickets become available due to cancellations then the next person in line will be invited to sign up automatically.

What happens if not enough people sign up?

We need a minimum of 125 attendees for the furdance to be viable. 

If we do not manage to meet the minimum threshold we might need to cancel the event and refund tickets.

How long do I have to pay?

You have seven (7) days to pay from the moment your registration is approved. If you do not pay in time, your registration will be automatically cancelled.

Can I cancel my booking?

It is, unfortunately, not possible to cancel your booking after you have paid. However, you are more than welcome to sell or transfer it to someone else! If you would like to do this please reach out to us at registration@copenhagenfurryclub.dk.
