The Copenhagen Furdance's success is tied to how much revenue the venue makes by selling drinks. If enough drinks are sold, the venue will be happy to have us over again in the future. This model helps us keep costs and ticket prices low. If you are feeling extra generous, consider becoming a sponsor to help us fund future events!

Frequently asked questions

When should I arrive?

The doors open at 18:00 and the party itself begins at 19:00. There will be live music between 18:00 and 19:00 so make sure you don't miss it!

How will I receive my ticket?

Once you pay you will receive an email with a PDF with a QR code and a digital wallet pass that you can add to your phone's wallet (Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, etc.).

Where does the furdance take place?

The furdance takes place at La Boucherie which is located next to Rådhuspladsen near Copenhagen Central Station. Check our good to know page here to learn more!

Is there a dress code?

Bring your best spring outfit! We love colourful and lively clothes. There is not a strict dress code.

Can I bring my fursuit? Will there be a fursuit lounge?

Absolutely! We encourage everyone to bring their fursuits. There will be a fursuit lounge with water and ventilation. Due to limited storage capacity, we suggest you bring partial suits and avoiding hard cases.

There is also a guarded wardrobe available for 40 DKK next to the reception area.

What are the event rules?

You can find our rules of conduct. You will be required to follow them at all times.

Can I upgrade to Sponsor or Super sponsor after buying a ticket?

Yes! Send us an email at registration@copenhagenfurryclub.dk with your order number (and name, email or Telegram username of the person you want the upgrade for if you have multiple people's tickets in your order) and which upgrade you want. Please note that downgrades and refunds are unfortunately not possible.

Will on-site tickets be available?

No on-site tickets will be sold. However, late tickets are available up until before the event start for 300 DKK incl. VAT.

What happens if too many people sign up? Will there be a waiting list?

There will be a waiting list once tickets are sold out. If tickets become available due to cancellations then the next person in line will be invited to sign up automatically.

What happens if not enough people sign up?

We need a minimum of 75 attendees for the furdance to be viable. 

If we do not manage to meet the minimum threshold we might need to cancel the event and refund tickets.

How long do I have to pay?

You have seven (7) days to pay from the moment your registration is approved. If you do not pay in time, your registration will be automatically cancelled.

Can I cancel my booking?

It is unfortunately not possible to cancel your booking after you have paid. However, you are more than welcome to sell or transfer it to someone else! If you would like to do this please reach out to us at registration@copenhagenfurryclub.dk.
